Santa Barbara Unified School District and City of Santa Barbara Announce Lights On—Safety Matters

Hundreds of children, parents, businesses and community leaders will come together at a Lights On— Safety Matters event at Franklin Elementary School on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. to not only celebrate the achievements of afterschool programs but also to teach children and families how to protect themselves in the event of an emergency.
