Following the give-and-take over a plan to create a new pathway between Foothill Road and the Mission, a third public meeting has been scheduled for April 8 to present the conceptual plan and take questions. The City Council voted in February to place the Mission Park to Mission Canyon Multimodal Improvement Plan in the city’s Capital Improvement Program, but not before a few dozen citizens spoke for and against it. The newly announced meeting takes place Wednesday, April 8, at the Museum of Natural History, 7-8:30 p.m.
