Indivisible cofounder Ezra Levin and political director Maria Urbina met with representatives of Indivisible Santa Barbara, the Santa Barbara Progressive Coalition, and The Resistance: Peaceful Action in Santa Barbara at the University Club on 8/3. Levin and Urbina are currently traveling the country and listening to the issues and needs of progressive action groups. Their focus is on the national organization’s communication and assistance to local groups, which now number more than 6,000. The conversation here ranged from national political strategy to organizing and canvassing to preventing burnout among leadership.
