While it’s commendable that the Independent promotes local eateries, it’s doubtful that cheerleading for cheeseburgers is a service to our community. Their cholesterol content makes them unhealthy for humans to consume, and their production from cattle, a major source of methane in the atmosphere, is unhealthy for our planet Earth.
