I’m writing in support of the ability to rent my house to visitors on a short-term basis. I have actually been doing so for the past couple of years with nothing but positive, life enriching results. I will point out one of many positives: The huge benefit to my friends and proprietors of local businesses and eateries. My guests rarely cook in my house!
I urge the city leaders to go forward with common sense regulations, but refrain from harsh blanket bans.
