Valentine’s Weekend at Marisella

Celebrate a romantic Valentine’s Weekend with seaside views at Marisella. Enjoy an elegant prix-fixe menu, offered Friday and Saturday. The evening opens with a crisp fried ravioli amuse, filled with fontina and potato and finished with black truffle, mascarpone, and caviar.

The first course showcases bright, seasonal flavors, including hamachi crudo accented with citrus, fennel, and Fresno chile, alongside a modern beet caprese with whipped ricotta, heirloom tomato, basil, balsamic bianco, and house-made focaccia. The progression continues with squash agnolotti, tossed in brown butter and complemented by hazelnut pesto, sage, and delicata squash.

Entrée selections include California rockfish accompanied by white gazpacho, leeks, grapes, and almonds, or beef tenderloin served with black truffle jus, wilted Swiss chard, and silky potato purée. Guests may enhance their experience with a Masami Wagyu ribeye supplement, as well as optional additions such as Maine lobster tail or freshly shaved Black Perigord winter truffle.

The meal concludes on a sweet note with strawberry vanilla mousse layered over devil’s food cake and finished with a fleur de sel crumble—an elegant finale to a Valentine’s Weekend worth savoring.
