“Nourish and Uplift“ is an experiential, family-centered workshop designed to help children and parents reconnect with what truly nourishes them—emotionally, mentally, and socially—and transform that inner well-being into meaningful action in the world.
Through sound, movement, mindfulness, and reflection, families will explore how caring for ourselves builds the foundation for kindness, confidence, and positive impact in our communities.
This is not a one-day event.
It’s the beginning of a practice.
Families will explore:
1. Experiential Sound & Movement: Practices that spark curiosity and help everyone feel grounded and present, featuring Asura’s unique instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and drums.
2. Mindfulness Tools: Practices for emotional awareness, self-care, and reflection. Follow Vivian’s guided mindful activities and sharing, designed to be accessible for children and meaningful for adults. We will also enjoy open ended art creation.
3. Intentional Communication: Kid-friendly language to express feelings and set intentions. This is a beautiful way to cultivate compassionate communication within the family. Lisa will also explain how to incorporate her app, Spread Goodness® to share moments of love and gratitude daily with the world.
4. Community Connection: A shared experience that strengthens family and community bonds, reminding us that well-being grows when we practice together—both in person and digitally.
This is a space to laugh, move, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself, your children, and your community.
No experience is needed, just open hearts and a willingness to play.
– Recommended Age: Children aged 8 to 12.
– Capacity: Space is limited to 10 parent-child pairs.
-Add an additional $20 for the second child
