Is it okay if I miss a few days? YES! Rachel will work with you one on one to make up those hours via homework, practice teaching sessions and reading assignments.
I’m not sure I want to teach yoga, is it okay just to take for myself? YES! If you are ready to deepen your practice and connection with self, that is all you need.
