Celebrating two of Santa Barbara County’s most energetic and effective community volunteers, the 80th Person of the Year celebration honors Elisabeth Fowler and Joe Howell.
Hosted by Organizing Sponsor the Santa Barbara Foundation, this year’s event will include a gourmet luncheon overlooking the ocean and a program honoring the recipients by central figures in Santa Barbara’s nonprofit and community service sectors.
