Take time to experience the gift of YOU with a sitting, walking, and eating meditation with the transformative vibration of the gongs! Led by Rev. Heidi Alfrey & “gongster” Teri Wilder, the “Day of Sabbath” takes place October 24th, 10 AM to 4 PM in Unity of Santa Barbara’s courtyard (honoring COVID guidelines) and on Zoom!
