About Sadie:

Sadie Nardini, 52, is the embodiment of the Midlife Revolution. She’s lived her life in service of creativity, passion, love, and abundance, which has led her to great heights in the wellness world and in her personal life. She’s the author of three books: The 21 Day Yoga Body, The Road Trip Guide to the Soul, and The Essential 30 Day Shadow Work Journal. Her yoga styles, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga®, The Somatic Flexibility Technique®, and The Yoga Shred® are taught all around the world. Sadie’s  techniques have been showcased in Yoga Journal, Everyday Health, Yoga International, The New York Times, Shape, Women’s Health magazines – and more. She’s certified in anatomy and exercise physiology through Harvard and Stanford, and currently lives in sunny Santa Barbara.
