The IWC Founding Day program will offer an enactment of Abraham Lincoln speaking on his hopeful and abiding vision for America as an enduring democratic Republic of Conscience. Moral values in leadership and citizenship should support principles of government such as “of the people, by the people and for the people . . . conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all [human beings] are created equal”.
