FREE Advance Care Planning Workshops will be held at the Santa Barbara Elks Lodge #613 on Thursday, May 8th (Part 1 Workshop) and Thursday, May 15th, (Part 2 Workshop). Time both dates is 11:00am – 12:30pm. Please make time to attend both workshops. Also the Santa Barbara Elks Lodge is open for a delicious lunch after the workshops. There is a large menu from which to choose your lunch purchase from salads, to soup, hamburgers, sandwiches and a “Special of the Day”. FREE parking. Bring your family, friends and learn the importance of Advance Care Planning, presented by Paula Curran, RN., BS.
