“I wanted to write you myself about the show cancellations. I won’t be able to play them because I have a medical condition that I’ve been struggling with for quite a while that I am going to be getting a surgery for, and I can’t sing again until I have it and recover from it. I’ve always had a superstition, or maybe just a feeling of privacy about going into a lot of detail about my health with other people. It’s not something I like to be asked about, but I wanted to write this to you because I wanted to assure that it wasn’t life threatening or drug related, and that it is breaking my heart to miss these shows. It hurts to let everybody down. I really hope you can forgive me. I was really looking forward to getting back out there. and I will miss seeing you.” – Todd
