Santa Barbara Studio Artists is hosting an afternoon of fine art and fun at a beautiful private residence in the Hope Ranch area.
Guests will enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres, savor expansive views of the Pacific, engage in a friendly game of Bocce ball, and mingle with some of Santa Barbara’s most acclaimed artists, who will have works for sale in a silent auction.
The date is Saturday, April 30, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $100 and on sale at www.santabarbarastudioartists.com.
Thirty artists in a variety of media will auction their works. Artists include Pamela Benham, Danuta Bennett, Wendy Brewer, Ben Brode, Dorothy Churchill-Johnson, Cheryl Doty, Pam Enticknap, Angie Ferraro, Peggy Ferris, Betsy Gallery, Rosemarie Gebhart, Kevin Gleason, Ruth Ellen Hoag, Jane Hurd, Francine Kirsch, Onno Ron Kok, Cynthia Martin, Marilyn McRae, Patti Post, Kimberly Pratt, Cathy Quiel, Rob Robinson, Ann Sander, Francis Scorzelli, Kerrie Smith, Susan Tibbles, Susan Tortorici, Marlene Struss, Dorene White, and Gerry Winant. Proceeds will benefit Cottage Hospital’s Healing Arts Program (Healing Arts Gifts & Sponsorships – Cottage Health), which will add more than 1,200 pieces of local artwork to hospital campuses in Goleta, Santa Barbara, and the Santa Ynez Valley. The pieces will include sculpture, mixed media, glass, mosaics, fabric and photography to enhance healing, inspire patients, visitors, and staff, and celebrate the Central Coast.
