–Thursday July 16 5:30pm- 8:30 pm + Sunday July 19th 10:00am -1:00pm–

Ideal for anyone navigating loss, transition, illness, identity change, emotional overwhelm, or simply a longing to reconnect with themselves.

In Part One, we begin gently: Through simple, guided creative processes, we honor the rocky terrain of grief and give it color, form, and voice.
