Casa Dorinda hosts Unforgettable, a gallery exhibition by Kevin Mischler Art, from June 24 through August 14. An opening reception will be held Wednesday, June 24, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Dining Room Foyer. Mischler, an illustrator known for graphite pencil portraits on cold press board, focuses on cultural icons who have influenced his life and work. Trained at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, he builds each portrait from the eyes outward, creating detailed studies of expression and likeness. A member of the Los Angeles Art Association, Mischler shows regularly in Los Angeles pop-up exhibitions. Original works and high-quality prints are available for purchase, and consignment commissions may be arranged through his social media platforms.
