Immerse and invest in the power of your body, and drop into its wonder with sound healing, breathwork and movement. Explore yoga positions for labor, learn about your pelvic floor and the physiology of birth, and embrace the journey of pregnancy for a confident and fearless birth experience from experienced birthkeepers and mothers.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, all levels and trimesters are welcome!
