Rosewood Miramar Beach Announces Bounty: a Summertime Wine Dinner Series Featuring Local Winemakers, Farmers and Trailblazers

WHAT: On Wednesday, May 21, Rosewood Miramar Beach, the Forbes Triple Five Star resort in Montecito, California, is thrilled to welcome the start of summer with Bounty, a brand-new dinner series celebrating the best of local winemakers, farmers and trailblazing purveyors. With bespoke California wine pairings by director of wine Rob Smits and a special menu by hotel executive chef Edgar Beas, the dinner exemplifies light and approachable California cooking at its finest, emphasizing hyperlocal and boutique Central Coast wines in a relaxed and elegant setting.  

Located in the property’s lush, vibrant Massimo’s Garden, guests gather around a communal table for a fun, laid-back yet luxurious meal that amplifies the best of Santa Barbara flavors. Curated by Rob Smits, each gathering features a local wine producer, showcasing the people behind each bottle with pours paired with vibrant salads, pizzas prepared onsite in the garden’s wood-fire oven, and more. For this upcoming May 21 Bounty Dinner, the meal will be served with libations by local Santa Barbara producer Disko Wines, who specialize in young natural wines fermented with native yeast, with minimal additional ingredients and intervention techniques.  

Alongside Disko Wines, Bounty’s shareable dinner menu encourages connection and conversation through simple yet thoughtful food augmented by the highest quality ingredients; expect shareable salads such as hand-pulled burrata with McGrath Family Farms strawberries, balsamic, bitter greens and almonds; wood-fired pizzas including Margherita, Foraged-mushroom Bianca, and Capricciosa with artichoke, prosciutto di Parma, fennel sausage, Castelvetrano olive, and fior di latte, and more—all sourced from beloved local farmers and producers.
