Dr. Kwako is excited to welcome Taran Collis AWC, IAYT author, yoga therapist, and wellness educator. Taran has over three decades of experience working with individuals, organizations and diverse groups of all ages imparting self-healing practices.
In this presentation Taran will teach you techniques to help the body naturally return back to homeostasis by regulating the nervous system, allowing for mental clarity and emotional calm. This is an opportunity to honor the wisdom of your body and heart when you are overwhelmed, anxious or feeling hopeless in these times.

ABOUT TARAN
Taran Collis, C-IAYT, AWC, is an award winning author, certified Yoga Therapist and Wellness Educator and is currently a faculty member for Essential Yoga Therapy and Maharani Ayurveda teacher training programs. Taran infuses evidence based Yoga Therapy practices, multicultural wellness tools, and the science of Ayurveda with the spiritual and psychological facets of yoga that support the health of body, mind and spirit. Taran has studied the latest in physiology, breath and respiratory health, and offers intergenerational wellness tools for trauma and post traumatic growth.
