Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center
The Carpinteria Arts & Craft Faire will be presenting a show on Saturday June 7th from 10-4:00pm in the courtyard of the Lynda Fairley Carpinteria Arts Center at 865 Linden Ave., Carpinteria. The featured artist this month is Gail Hale. Gail works in both watercolors and beaded jewelry. Her work is inspired by the California lifestyle of sun, sea and palm trees. The show includes 20 local artists presenting pieces in a wide variety of mediums such as painting, fiber arts, glass, paper crafts, pottery and much more. Music by the Ukulele Jammers in the morning and the Americana Cats in the afternoon create the backdrop for a wonderful day in the arts.
Artists interested in participating in future fairs are invited to go to the Carpinteria Arts Center website: www.carpinteriaartscenter.org to apply. All entries MUST be handmade by the selling artist.
