This new program will enable nearly 1,000 local residents to visit our Gardens for only $25 – half the normal entrance fee on Sunday, November 15, Saturday, December 12, and Thursday December 31. These self-guided tours last one and a half hours and visit times are staggered for safety. We are excited to share with our community a safe, socially distant, fun and inspiring opportunity to experience the awe and wonder of our 37 acres of botanical nirvana.

Time spent in nature is proven to improve wellbeing and we are certain that immersing yourself in the gardens of Lotusland will raise your spirits.

In addition to offering our first Lotusland Community Access Days, the County of Santa Barbara has allowed Lotusland to remain open this winter. Our season typically ends November 15, however, due to COVID and the importance of outdoor spaces for safe recreation and learning, we are pleased to be temporarily permitted to remain open year-round. Winter visitation days are Thursday – Saturday, by advance reservation. We will be closed January 7-14, 2021.
