Tools for navigating the drama of trauma will include understanding basics of neurobiology through a psychological perspective blended with learning various yogic techniques such as body awareness, breathing exercises, and meditation. This information will help both the student and teacher learn how to use tools of self-regulation, deepening our understanding of how our inner world defines our outer world.
