Trinity Episcopal Church

An evening service intended for rest and contemplation. Compline is led by the Rev. Sarah Thomas. It begins with synthesized ambient music by DJ artist, Andrew Elia, then a transition with loose-leaf brewed herbal tea, and concludes with the opportunity to hear a person share a personal story. This month’s storyteller is Laura Turner. Laura is a writer and former freelance journalist who now works in nonprofit fundraising. She’ll be talking about how she came to understand “home” as both a place and a way of being in the world, and the horror movies that helped her along the way.

Incense and candlelight are used during the service. Trinity is an LGBTQ+ welcoming and affirming congregation.  www.trinitysb.org/compline
