In honor of those who lost their lives on September 2nd, 2019, on board the vessel Conception, the City of Santa Barbara Waterfront Department will hold a virtual commemoration and plaque dedication on the one year anniversary of the tragedy.
The virtual event will be webcast on GoToWebinar beginning 7:00 AM, Wednesday, September 2nd.
All members of the public are welcome to attend.
