Cooking Class: Cozy Autumn Soups & Stews

Join Apples to Zucchini, Santa Barbara’s only nonprofit cooking school, for a delicious hands-on cooking class! You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor in several seasonal soups and stews, along with techniques you can use to improvise your own creations at home. (There’s no better way to salvage wilting produce than throwing it into a hearty soup!)

These comforting dishes are simple enough to whip up for a weeknight dinner and perfect for making ahead and freezing. But they’re also satisfying and impressive enough to serve all season long at dinner parties and gatherings.

Of course, we’ll sit down to enjoy a shared meal at the end of class.
