Class Description: Learn the art of cooking with Guinness, both sweet & savory for St. Patty’s Day.
This class will cover the following:
- Soft Pretzels with Cheddar Guinness Dipping Sauce
- Colcannon (Mashed Potatoes with Sautéed Cabbage & Irish Butter)
- Guinness Braised Short Ribs
- Chocolate & Stout Pot de Crème
