Class Description: Peruvian flavors are all about the spices – Bold & Robust!!
In this class, we will create the following menu:
- Ceviche with Fried Yucca Chips
- Criollo (Cilantro Ale Rice)
- Pollo a la Brasa (Classic Peruvian Roasted Chicken)
- Alfajores (Shortbread Sandwich Cookies with Dulce de Leche Filling)
