“The Enchanted Tales of Magic Mojo and Gail Good Fairy” children’s book will be on full display April 12th 11AM-1PM at Paseo Nuevo!
The launch of the “Magic Mojo” book series will captivate the imagination, stir the soul and inspire the spirit, an event for kids of all ages! Everyone will delight in the story of Magic Mojo the Chihuahua on his journey to find his inner spirit and his forever home with Gail Good Fairy.
Discover the Magic of Mojo event will feature a book reading and signing along with Photo Booth and tasty treats from local honey producer and cafe Santa Barbara Hives. People will enjoy lots of fairy dust & fun at what is sure to be a sweet event! Kids are invited to make Mojo book marks and dog ear headbands for free and books will be available for sale and signing.
Copyright “Magic Mojo and Gail Good Fairy the Enchanted Tales”. The Children’s book in English and Spanish is the true story of stray street dog Mojo and his best friend Santa Barbara native Gail Kvistad who plucked him off the westside streets introduced him to his family, friends, and a route of treats.
Join Author & TV Host Gail Kvistad of “Living Local Santa Barbara” TV & YouTube Show since 2010 as she shares the heartwarming story of her Chihuahua Mojo. This true story inspires everyone to tap into their inner mojo and follow their spirit. Mojo is a winner of the “Most Spirited” award  at the Rosewood Miramar Best in Show dog show with SB Humane.
The “Magic Mojo and Gail Good Fairy” book is a collaboration with uber talented artist, children’s and cookbook author Mandana Mir. Her magnificent illustrations capture the spirit and essence of Mojo and his magic! Printed locally by Rockwell printers in Carpinteria with Kaitlyn Dayka the book is sure to delight! A portion of book proceeds will be donated to ASPCA & SBHumane.
