If you love the music of Steely Dan, you’ll love Doctor Wu! Kicking off the new year, Doctor Wu returns to SOhO this Saturday January 7th. Their 11-piece band features lead singer Tony Egan, a studio-tight 4-piece horn section, rich vocal harmonies, a tasty jazz-rock rhythm section, and searing guitar leads playing Steely Dan’s groove-laden, blockbuster hits. Doctor Wu’s re-creation of the textures and authenticity of Steely Dan is second to none.
