Join us at El Encanto on Thursday, September 17, for the resort’s upcoming dinner as part of El Encanto’s Culinary Series, which will feature Mexico City-based chef and author Estrella Jafif.
Cooking alongside the resort’s Executive Chef Joel Viehland, Chef Estrella will bring her ingredient-driven cooking to the evening, presenting a family-style Mediterranean dinner showcasing ingredients from California’s Central Coast. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM, with hand-selected wines served by Wero Cham of Vinos Boutique Mexicanos.
Menu highlights include smoked baba ganoush mousse with pomegranate molasses, salt-baked beetroot with labneh and pistachios, beef kibbeh nayeh, Mediterranean sea bass with chermoula, baharat-spiced prime ribeye and tahini-dark chocolate mousse.
