Your dreams are waiting to be felt, moved with, and given creative form. Whether you’re just beginning to pay attention to your dream life or looking to deepen an existing practice, this workshop offers a gentle, grounded way in.

Working with dreams doesn’t start with interpretation. It starts with staying present to an image long enough to let it keep unfolding—in the body, and then on the page. This workshop introduces that practice: using gentle yoga to access the liminal space where dream memory lives, then moving directly into creative expression to let a dream image continue to speak, rather than rushing to analyze what it “means.”

The Experience:

Gentle Yoga Practice — A restorative sequence using breathwork and body awareness to help you access dream memory held in the nervous system, and to release the patterns that often block dream recall.

Creative Expression Session — Moving from stillness into spontaneous drawing, writing, or movement based on whatever arose during practice. No artistic skill required—the goal is to let one image keep unfolding, not to make something “good.”

Community Sharing Circle — Sacred witnessing in small groups, plus simple, sustainable tools for an ongoing dream practice at home.
