Show the beach some love. Join us for a socially distanced Explore Ecology Cleanup every 2nd Sunday of the month from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at beautiful Arroyo Burro Beach. Meet in front of the Watershed Resource Center (blue building) to sign in.
You can bring your own clean up supplies or use ours- we’ll have buckets, plastic bags, and reusable or disposable gloves.
Cleanups will be self-guided and can include the beach, the parking lot, or the surrounding open spaces.
All participants over the age of 2 must wear a mask covering their mouth and nose. Explore Ecology staff will follow safety protocols and will expect volunteers to do so as well.
Participants will receive a coupon for a FREE cup of chowder from Santa Barbara Shellfish Co.
Community service volunteer hours are available.
