Get ready for a weekend of enchantment as Fairytale Weekend (formerly called Princess & Pirate Weekend) returns to the Santa Barbara Zoo on Saturday, March 1, and Sunday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Zoo Members can enjoy early admission at 9 a.m. Children are encouraged to dress up as their favorite fairytale characters—whether a princess, pirate, or any character they dream to be!
This beloved annual event is filled with kid-friendly fun, including meet-and-greets with fairytale characters, special photo opportunities, themed crafts and activities, fairytale storytime, live stage performances, bounce houses, and more.
Beyond the magic of fairytales, guests will also have the opportunity to learn about real-life conservation efforts to protect frogs and other amphibians.
