– - DESCRIPTION: Address the day to day challenges of parenting, ideas for strengthening family connections, and how to prioritize your own self-care and wellness while learning tips from other parents. *Focus on specific needs of parents raising neurodiverse youth: emotional regulation, time management, building relationships with teachers/schools.
– - PARTICIPANTS: parents/caregivers of youth, ages 5-18 are invited to attend
