Fly To Success – Youth Career and Kite Festival

The FLY to Success community event, taking place on April 5, 2025, aims to empower Lompoc Valley youth (ages 14–19) by introducing them to career, educational, and vocational opportunities. Organized by Future for Lompoc Youth (FLY), the event will feature booths from local businesses, educational institutions, and trade organizations, providing hands-on learning and meaningful interactions with professionals. To encourage participation, youth will earn raffle entries for engaging with booths that align with their interests.

Additionally, to foster a community-driven, family-friendly atmosphere, the event will include a free Kite Festival, ensuring accessibility for all attendees. The Kite Festival is open to the public, inviting everyone to come and enjoy a fun-filled day of kite flying, laughter, and community spirit. Bring your own kite or grab a free one at the event!
