The one-of-a-kind Folk Orchestra of Santa Barbara (“a local musical treasure”) returns to entertain and delight local fans with its Scottish/Celtic concerts, the second set of shows in its 10th anniversary season.
From lively reels to elegant airs to traditional ballads, all played with the group’s mix of folk instruments and classical strings, powered by founder Adam Phillips’ ringing voice and multi-instrumentalist talents. And yes, there will be bagpipes.
