A free Nature Walk at Elings Park, with an emphasis on nature journaling, is led by the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden’s Director of Education and Engagement Scot Pipkin

Join us on a free Nature Walk to explore Elings Park’s biodiversity! Each walk has a different natural history focus, including plants, birds, bugs, or their interrelationships in the ecosystem, and is led by experts from the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden.

The walks are part of a collaborative effort between Elings Park, Botanic Garden, and the public to transform a section of the Park from invasive to native plants and document the effects. For more information, visit https://sbbotanicgarden.org/conservation/our-impact/restoring-habitats/elings-park-transformation.

Meet at the parking lot adjacent to the Elings Park administration building by 9 a.m. No reservations are necessary.
