Covering 14 points of interest in a little under two hours, this tour begins out in front of Tondi Gelato (715 State St).

We’ll cover the history of Old Town; the 400, 500, and 600 blocks of State St and its transition from 1850 to the present day.  

We’ll delve into those events that ushered in the Spanish-Colonial style of architecture, make our way over to the historic Brinkerhoff Victorian District and the ghosts of Ogle House, and finally, visit three of local architect Jeff Shelton’s residential projects including the famous “Dr. Seuss” house.  

“Two for One” beer, wine tasting or ice cream vouchers given to all tour goers; redeemable at Validation Ale, Santa Barbara Winery and McConnell’s ice cream.
