Join Apples to Zucchini, Santa Barbara’s only nonprofit cooking school, to learn the fundamentals of fresh pasta-making! We’ll cover mixing and kneading techniques, how to prepare flavorful fillings, and shaping strategies to achieve restaurant-worth pasta at home. Of course, we’ll sit down to enjoy your creations at the end in a shared, family-style meal. Save yourself the flight to Italy; just head up to our teaching kitchen instead!
