Full Moon Meditation

This nondenominational Full Moon Meditation is designed for both novice and experienced meditators.  The program will take place Saturday October 8, at the far East end of East Beach, adjacent to the volleyball courts. Just look for the tiki torches to locate us.

This program will be conducted by Tom G. O’Brien, a Santa Barbara native who has been facilitating meditation programs for 28 years.  Tom is a graduate of Crane School, Thacher School and Wesleyan University (where he graduated with highest departmental honors).  Tom has instructed business executives, medical and legal professionals, educators, students, families, and incarcerated individuals.

The registration fees for the program are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and students.  By donation: for those people in recovery from addiction and the homeless.

The program will be one hour long and begins at 8:00 PM.  Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in, and so we may begin on time.  Please, no pets.  Thank you for your understanding.

Please bring a beach chair, blanket, towel, or yoga mat, so you can sit comfortably for the duration of the program.  You may want to bring a flashlight for the walk back to your car.

There is always plenty of room at the beach, so feel free to invite 100 of your best friends!
