We begin with a soothing 45-minute Sound Journey session with Asura.

Unwind with the beautiful sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments.

Drift into a dream-like state and release the responsibilities or worries of everyday life.

As you delve deep within during the sound session, tap into your creativity and bring it to the second part of the event, which is craft-making!

Nope, that is an illusion!

Anyone has the ability to create something one-of-a-kind!

Yaprak will welcome you to an hour in the world of craft making.

Create without any expectations or goals. Use your imagination and creativity to make anything you desire.

There are no rules, expectations, or competition.

We create because it’s fun to create!

You can choose any project that interests you!

We offer drawing, painting, journaling with painting, coloring the jewelry box, and collage making.

All materials are supplied, so just bring your fantastic self!

Asura is the owner/ founder of Music of the Wellness center. She is a licensed massage therapist for the past 20 years and being a sound practitioner since 2017. She believes integrating different modalities of creative expressions could introduce us to be an authentic, whole being.

For optimal health and to live the most fulfilled life, we need to be able to connect feelings and ideas (both right and left hemispheres of the brain), to link past and present, to make sense of the now, and to plan for the future. Engaging in the creative expressions, whether visual, drama, movement, writing, or music (sound) provides this opportunity.

Yaprack is a passionate life coach and craft teacher, with a rich international background in the textile business.

From a young age, She had two big desires: teaching others and helping them achieve their dreams. This led me to become a Craft Teacher, and eventually, a certified Dream builder Life Coach at Life Mastery Institute.

Today, she runs workshops that combine vision boards, mindfulness, and crafting. She loves empowering people to align with their dreams through creative expression and mindful practices. Along with her certifications in Craft Teaching, Reiki, and Yoga, she believes in continuous growth and remain open to learning new artistic techniques of life. Having lived in Santa Barbara for over 24 years, she feels incredibly fortunate to enjoy the stunning hiking trails and beaches this beautiful area offers. Outside of work, she loves art/craft, gardening, reading, and embracing a green-living lifestyle—always seeking ways to nurture both creativity and well-being.
