Vegan Cheese Tasting by Sprout Craft Creamery
Veggies with Dip: Cashew cream and charred pepper
Dinner:
Salad with vegan cheese, seasonal fruit, and olive oil
Pasta with walnut bolognese and sourdough
Dessert: Raw cheesecake with walnut crust
A portion of the proceeds from the Taste of Santa Barbara will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
