Get Home Safe: Parking Lot Safety
This interactive seminar will cover: • Situational awareness and recognizing suspicious behavior • Parking lot and parking garage safety • Walking to your vehicle alone after dark • Carjacking awareness and prevention • Practical self-defense techniques designed to create an opportunity to escape • Real-world scenario training that helps participants build confidence under stress
This seminar is appropriate for people of all fitness levels and requires no previous self-defense experience.
