Class Description: Light & flaky butter croissants are a labor of love, but completely worth the hard work -The best part is they are 100% “Gluten Free”!!
In this class, we will create the following menu:
- Flaky “Gluten Free” Croissant Dough
- Ham & Cheese Croissant
- Chocolate Croissant
- Almond Snickerdoodle Croissant
