Goleta Valley Art Association Summer Show and Sale

The Goleta Valley Art Association GVAA) will present its fourth annual Summer Show and Sale at the Marketplace. The art festival features original works by local artists on Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Camino Real Marketplace in Goleta. Sponsors include Art Essentials, Camino Real Marketplace, Limousine Link, and The Voice Magazine. 

The art show will be held in the outdoor food court area of the plaza and give visitors the opportunity to view and purchase the association’s artwork. Come and enjoy the music of local guitarist and artist Greg LeRoy, a well known guitar and art instructor, from 1-4 p.m.

This year’s event also features a display about the organization’s after school art program.  We serve after-school programs for children, in four Goleta Union Schools. Our GVAA members teach art to children as part of our mission “To Bring Art To The Community”. 

A portion of proceeds of sales from the show will benefit Hospice of Santa Barbara, a Santa Barbara non-profit, providing no-charge counseling care for anyone experiencing the impact of serious illness or grieving the death of a loved one. www.hospiceofsantabarbara.org
