Hospice of Santa Barbara will be celebrating the work of Monica Bartos in her first solo gallery show, titled, Gratitude. Monica’s work focuses on the simple aesthetics of everyday imagery, in search of depth and beauty in those moments.
Gratitude is Monica’s exploration of appreciation for her physical body, which suffers from a lifetime of chronic illness. Monica was born and raised in Santa Barbara, where she currently resides, working as an artist and seamstress.
There will be light bites, wine, and live music! 25% of sales from this art reception benefit Hospice of Santa Barbara.
