Begin your tour at the Granada Theatre, the crown jewel of downtown Santa Barbara. Stroll through the arts district, taking in the city’s white-washed adobe buildings, red-tiled roofs, and palm-lined beaches.

Stop at Goodland Waffles & Melts to enjoy a Wafflecado toast and a beer taster from Draughtsman Aleworks. Then, head to the Santa Barbara County Courthouse for a photo op at the top of the iconic clocktower, also known as “El Mirador.” Walk through the sunken gardens to Santa Barbara Street.

Next, visit El Presidio de Santa Bárbara State Historic Park and learn about its history. Cross the street to Alessia Patisserie for a delicious French style chocolate chip cookie. If there’s a line, explore the area while your guide brings you the treat.

Continue to the Lobero Theatre, stopping along the way for a photo op in former historic Chinatown then head to Jamie Sloan Wine for a glass of wine and a pizza, and enjoy an photo op in the picturesque El Paseo.

Make your way through Casa De La Guerra and down State Street to family owned, Cuso’s Creamery for some ice cream.
