Join Apples to Zucchini Cooking School in the kitchen!
Learn the fundamentals of fresh pasta-making, from mixing and kneading dough to cutting fine ribbons of silky handmade tagliatelle. We’ll cover seasonal sauce pairing, knife skills, and cooking techniques in order to achieve that perfect al dente bite. You’ll create a beautiful, restaurant-worthy meal and then sit down to enjoy it with new friends. Save yourself the flight to Italy; just head up to our teaching kitchen instead!
