A breathing ceremony meant to clear the physical body of blocked, stuck, or low vibrational energy at the cellular level. Using the power of connected breath, toning, movement, and positive affirmations, this journey will release unexpressed low-vibration emotions such as anger, old traumas, disempowering beliefs, and stories that may lean into shame and guilt. We find this work particularly helpful in moving through deep grief. You will learn how to utilize a FULL, FREE, and FLOWING breath to raise your vibration and embody your highest potential.
